Beginners Hatha Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:15pm on Tuesday, happening 6 times
6 week course introducing Hatha Yoga. Each session has 45 minutes of Asnas (yoga poses) and 15 minute section of pranayama and a guided meditation.
Give yourself a boost of the New Year of mind body and soul.
All equipment provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and arrive a few minutes before the start of the class.
