Massages work on the body helping with aches and pains, relaxing the body and improving well-being. The power of touch is often under estimated in the west for its healing properties. When a child is hurt, they often seek out a parent for a hug, an embrace. As we get older the availability of touch is reduced normally its only supplied by a significant partner.
Yet massage releases many feel-good hormones such as dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin. A therapeutic massage also removes a build up of lactic acid with creates knots and tension in the muscle fibers. These knots can also be a source of pain and discomfort.
It is common in the sports that athletes have coaches. The role of the coach is to help the athlete to become the best that they can be in their chosen arena. Coaching is also becoming increasingly common in business too. Improving the team members to perform better.
Coaching can be applied to many areas of life. You don’t need to be an athlete or a top person in business to benefit from coaching. Coaching helps you to discover your strengths, help you plan the next move in your life, remove any limiting beliefs that you hold, discuss new ideas with someone who is impartial.

Mondays 18:00 – 19:15 Richmond House, 3 Richmond Rd, St Annes on Sea, Lytham St Annes, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 1PE. Starting the 2nd Sept at 18:00 Beginners Yoga course of 8 sessions running over 10 weeks.
Each week there is 60 minutes of yoga asanas (yoga poses) followed by 15 minute section made up of pranayama and a guided meditation. A complete package for you mind body and soul.
Whole course is £56.00 if purchased as a block and tickets can be purchased from classes page .
Single classes can also be purchased on line for £8.00 per session. A drop in on the day is also available at £10.00 but due to small classes in is not possible to guarantee that space will be available.
All equipment provided for your use. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and arrive a few minutes before the class start.
