We will all feel grief at some point in our lives.  Grief is an important emotion that allows us to process a loss.  If we ignore grief, we can become stuck.  We may suddenly feel angry, tearful, scared and lonely what appears to be an unknown reasons at a unrelated times.

Grief isn’t just felt when we lose and important being in our world.  Grief is felt when we lose an important aspect of ourselves; our childhood, youth, job.  We may be grieving for the state of our world: war, famine, pestilence and death.  Our society is scared by grief.  Yet by experiencing it and allowing our grief to flow we can find closure.

This ceremony helps you to access your grief in a safe ritualised space where we place are grief into totems and then set it free!
