Mondays 18:00 – 19:15 Richmond House, 3 Richmond Rd, St Annes on Sea, Lytham St Annes, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 1PE. Starting the 2nd Sept at 18:00 Beginners Yoga course of 8 sessions running over 10 weeks.
Each week there is 60 minutes of yoga asanas (yoga poses) followed by 15 minute section made up of pranayama and a guided meditation. A complete package for you mind body and soul.
Whole course is £56.00 if purchased as a block and tickets can be purchased from classes page .
Single classes can also be purchased on line for £8.00 per session. A drop in on the day is also available at £10.00 but due to small classes in is not possible to guarantee that space will be available.
All equipment provided for your use. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and arrive a few minutes before the class start.

Dru yoga is a gentle for of yoga focusing on breath and movement. Often describe as a blend of Tai Chi and Yoga. The Asanas flow into one another forming a moving meditation.
The Studio is an intimate space with a maximum of 8 people so please get in touch to book a place. I would love to see you.

As part of the “Collective action day for our community” project we are happy to be hosting a trial yoga class. A 30-minute gentle yoga class suitable for all levels being held at “The Space, 59 Cookson Street, FY1 3DR Blackpool”. Stretch your body and learn a little about yoga being more than just an exercise routine by entering into the now with a mindful practice to calm the mind.

Thursday 14th June why not celebrate the Moon with Dru yoga Moon flow. Gentle stretching for the spine helping to release any blocked energies. The time of the new moon is also seen by many cultures the time of ends and new beginnings. So this Thursday you can use the flow to close off past events and set your affirmations for the next 28 days.
